– Turmeric powder – 3 tbsp
– Water – ½ -3/4 cup

Boil your milk in add the almond oil in it (optional). Remove the milk from the stove and pour it into a cup. Add 1 teaspoon of the pre-made turmeric paste. Sweeten with honey to your liking. The turmeric paste can also be prepared in large quantities to serve you for a longer period. In a frozen state, it will preserve its properties for up to 40 days. Not frozen, it should be kept in a fridge. The pasta should be always 1 teaspoon at a time to hot milk, along with honey and vegetable oil (optional).
Golden Milk is recommended to be consumed drink on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning and before bedtime. The drink should be taken for up to 40 days, two times a year only.
