Their effects are due to the numerous nerve endings concentrated in the fingers, which, when pressed, relate to many channels that support the circulation of energy throughout the body.
What’s best about them is that they can be performed anywhere and anytime, and you just need a few minutes and a place to relax.

1. Prana Healing (Mudra of Life )
Extend your ring finger and middle together, and hold the remaining fingers together.

2. Gyan Mudra for Healing (Mudra of Knowledge)
Sit down on the ground like you would if meditating and bring your pointer finger and thumb together and create a circle.

3. Prithvi Mudra for Healing (Mudra of Earth)
How to do it:
Touch the tip of your ring finger witg tip of thumb and then pressing the bth binger with each other. Extend the other fingers.

How to do it:
Close the ring finger towards palm and press second phalanx with thumb base and rest of the fingers keep extend.

Here’s what you need to do – just touch the little finger tip with tip of thumb and don’t press the fingers and then keep rest of the fingers straight. The best sitting position is the cross-legged. This mudra will improve your blood circulation and reduce body aches. It will also help you bring back the taste sensations and help you with dry mouth.
6. Shunya Mudra (Mudra of Emptiness)
This mudra is very simple – press the first phalanx of your middle with the baste of the thumb. The Shunya mudra is very helpful with ENT (Ear, Nose, Tongue) problems, vertigo and motion sickness.
