We are surrounded by toxins. They are in the air, the food, our homes and all the appliances we use every day. When the body is exposed to stress, negative emotions as well as emotional disturbances, toxic free radicals are also created in the body.
It is impossible to completely stop your exposure to toxins, however our bodies have mechanisms such as crying, sweating, defecation and urination which remove the toxins every day. However, being constantly exposed to large amounts of toxins can damage your health over time. Your body will send you warning signs that it is time for a detox.
Dry skin with acne and rashes can be a strong sign that you should detox. Treating the symptom without addressing the cause will not be very helpful, so in order to successfully treat your skin problems you need to detox your body.

Constant fatigue and being tired can be very different. If you feel tired no matter how many hours you spent sleeping, it is probably time to detox.
8.White or Yellow Tongue
The natural color of the tongue is pale red or bright pink. However, if you notice yellow or white film on your tongue, it means your body is removing the toxins through your breath. This can also cause bad breath and it is a clear sign that you need an immediate detox.
