This plan we have for you is a weekend detox plan that keeps the whole health perfect. It cleans vital organs inside like liver, kidneys, lungs, intestines and lymph too. It is consisted of fluids, meat, low fat items and potatoes too. Sounds good right? You can practice this 2 times per year for just 10 days in a row. But, if you prefer also for the weekend more times per year. The effect is amazing!
For the best results, use dandelion, birch and nettle tea too. also consider workouts as often as you can (swim, walk, run, gym…).
The weekend detox plan is:
After waking up before breakfast, have 240 ml warm water.
Breakfast: Warm water, a cup of oat flakes with a spoonful of linseed, 250 ml plain water or green/dark tea, half a cup of freshly grained blueberries, 200 ml /6.7 oz. diet yogurt or almond milk.
Lunch: 250 ml plain water, two cups salad (tomato, arugula, green), 250 grams of grilled hake, Swiss chard with olive oil and potatoes, a smaller banana and a slice of melon.
Snack: 250 ml plain water, an apple, 180 ml/6 oz. ordinary yogurt, ¼ cup of pumpkin seeds.
Dinner: 250 ml plain water or anise tea, 2 cups salad with lemon juice and olive oil, a little integral pastry, 150 grams of tuna grilled in a foil or on a barbecue, ½ cup steamed vegetable (broccoli or spinach).
Start off with water again of course.
Breakfast: 200 ml. of yogurt or almond milk, a cup of green tea, a cup of oats with a teaspoon of linseed, 1 pear.
Lunch: 1 grapefruit.
Snack: a bowl of vegetable soup, 200 gr. of grilled chicken breast, 150 gr. of pickles, 250 ml. of water.
Dinner: beet and carrot salad, integral pastry, nettle tea.
