Parsley is a herb we mostly use as a spice, but it is so much more than just a flavoring. The herb contains aromatic oils and flavonoids which combine to flush out toxins from the body. Parsley also promotes blood circulation, and when combined with lemon juice it can eliminate cholesterol in your body in just a short time.
Here’s how to prepare the drink:
1.5 l. of water
1 kg. of lemon
3 parsley bunches
A pinch of baking soda
Wash the lemons with baking soda well, then let them soak in a mixture of baking soda and cold water for 20 minutes. In the meantime, boil 1.5 l. of water and add the chopped parsley and lemons, then leave the mixture in the fridge for 24 hours and mix it in a blender. Drink 100 ml. of the drink every day, and make sure to keep it in a dark and cold place.
