There’s a lot of things that can affect your feet, whether it be athlete’s foot, ingrown toenails or foot pain.
The most annoying (although not always painful) foot problem is -by far- nail fungus!
Anyone who’s ever experienced it before knows how hard it can be to get rid of this fungal infection. Nail fungus is tedious, embarrassing and just plain difficult to deal with!
However, this simple foot soak, along with the lifestyle recommendations bellow, can help you get rid of that nasty infection once and for all.
How to Remove Fungi Nails and get rid out of it ever again
Baking soda has no ability to remove the fungi, but it is still fungistatic and can serve as a wall to block the incoming fungi or fungi growth and development.
Vinegar is an acid, that can treat the fungi survival rate. Don’t worry about skin and nails; it won’t be damaged from the vinegar all around from the fungi.
Things you need to provide:
– 4-5 tbsp baking soda
– 1 cup white vinegar or apple vinegar
– Paper towels
Mix a cup of vinegar and water for feet soak the mixture. Soak the feet for about 15 minutes and dry them with the towels. In the water you should add a few tablespoons of baking soda to soak again 15 minutes. Dry nicely again.
Do this every day, 2 times. The vinegar is going to destroy fungi and the soda is going to prevent new fungi.
Note: Before doing this treatment, cleanse the nail cutter thoroughly and trim the nails.
