This is a strong toxin that can be fatal for your health and cause many diseases and health issues, such as: Huntington’s, Alzheimer’s and many types of cancer. You should use vegetable oils only one time.
Chicken is high in protein, and reheating changes this composition. You can reheat it if the meat inside is very hot. Also, make sure you eat the meat in two days, and no more.
Food Standard Agency asserts that uncooked rice contains bad bacteria that survive the first cooking process. If the rice is kept at room temperature, these bacteria multiply and cause digestive disorders.
