Baking soda is the chemical compound which very often is used for cooking, cleaning or in toothpaste. However, did you know that you could use this ingredient for cosmetic purposes, as well?
“It was 1846 when Dr. Austin Church and John Dwight start to manufacture and sell the compound that today we know as baking soda. By the 1860s, baking soda was included in some published cookbooks but was still primarily known as a cooking additive. However, by the 1920s, its versatility was expanded on and by 1930s it was widely advertised as a “proven medical agent”.
Initially, we advise you to review the declarations of the cosmetic products you already have at home. If you do, you will notice that they all, even the most expensive ones, contain baking soda, apart from the numerous chemicals.
Therefore, don’t you think it is perfectly wise to simply avoid those chemicals and use baking soda completely naturally?
– 1 tablespoon baking soda
– 1 cup lukewarm chamomile tea
You need to mix baking soda with the lukewarm chamomile tea and then soak one cotton pad in it. Apply this mixture under the eyes and leave it to act for about 15 minutes. After that, wash your face and then apply some essential oil, preferably coconut oil.
By regular usage of this mask you can eliminate the problems and revitalize your skin as well.
