Start the day right with exercise
Prepare yourself for daily challenges by starting the day with a workout. The morning is the perfect time of the day to boost your energy. When some of the busiest people in the world can find time to workout, so can you!
Don’t skip breakfast
Start your day with the most important meal, the breakfast. Boost your intake by eating iron-rich foods. The amount and type of iron you incorporate into your daily diet can help prevent anemia and may improve your energy level. For breakfast eat: dark green leafy vegetables (such as spinach), peanut butter or beans, eggs, iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas.
Drink lemon water
Hot lemon is very helpful when taken in the morning. It stimulates your digestive system to work in a optimum way. It also cleans of toxins and regulates pH in the digestive system.
Take your time to read
Reading in the morning is the best brain kick start. It will help your mind maintain high levels of concentration through out the day.
Relax and meditate
Take time to relax and meditate after waking up. This will clear your mind for the day and help in your concentration.
Dress like you mean it
Wearing comfortable clothes says to your brain that it’s time for relaxation. So dress your favorite pajamas and begin.
Don’t sleep in
Remember that its very important to get up at the same time every day including the weekend.
