Rice is rich in linoleic acid and squalene, a strong antioxidant that stimulates the production of collagen and slows the appearance of wrinkles.
For preparation of this mask takes three ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons rice
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon honey
Boil the rice. The water in which you boiled the rice leave it aside. Mix rice and milk, then add the honey. On a cleansed face, apply the mask. Rinse it with water in which the rice has been cooked.
The mask will hydrates your skin, will remove wrinkles and the antioxidants which are found in the water in which the rice as been cooked, have a therapeutic effect on the skin.
