Turmeric is a spice with a specific intense yellow color that helps the process of digestion, has anti-inflammatory effect, helps prevent diabetes and loss of memory. Also, this powerful spice fights against depression.
Tastiest way to eat this spice is the golden milk. To do this it is necessary first to make a paste, then milk.
Pasta: 4 teaspoons turmeric, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, 120 ml water.
Milk: 250 ml milk, ½ tablespoon butter, ¼ tablespoon of paste of turmeric and a little honey to improve the taste.
Place all ingredients for the pasta in a pot on low heat. Mix, then remove the bowl from the fire and put the pasta in a glass jar which you put the mixture in the refrigerator to cool.
When the pasta is cooled, add it the milk and butter, and place them on low heat to warm. Cook until the mixture is about to boil. Then remove the mixture from the fire and add honey.
It is recommended to drink the golden milk on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning and before bedtime.
