Snoring is probably the most irritating sound you can hear during the night. Despite there are numerous supplements in the pharmacy store, why use them?
There are at least 3 natural remedies which are efficient the same and cost less.
1. Olive oil
It’s amazing that this oil which is almost every home can be used to treat loud snoring.
Simply, fill a cup of water on room temperature and add one tablespoon honey and cold pressed olive oil.
For better effect, you can shred some ginger root. Drink this mixture half an hour before you go to sleep.
If you have problems with snoring drink at least one cup of mint tea every day. It’s best to drink it before you sleep. Mint essential oil is also efficient.
Add a couple of drops of this oil in a glass of water before you go to bed and gargle with it.
This Arabic spice has the special smell, so you will find it in exotic recipes. It’s also good for the health- eases breathing and make the slime-less dense, making it ideal for people who snore.
Eat a couple of cardamom seed before you sleep or mix some cinnamon and honey in a glass of water.
