Work less but the right way! It’s better to make 20 correct abs or pushups rather than 70 incorrect. Once you feel that the exercise disrupts the correct body position, better take a break and continue later and don’t waste your energy, that won’t make any difference for your body.

Advice: Always try to breath correctly during workout and drink one or two glasses of water in the brakes, no more than 3 minutes, in consecutive exercises, otherwise the muscle will cool down.
